Finish Information

Beeswax is our most authentic finish for steel. After forging, these products are dipped into hot beeswax which allows them to retain their original colours ranging from blue to deep ochre. All our Beeswax ironmongery offers a subtle matt richness and is a more natural, and far softer, alternative to a black powder coated finish. These products offer excellent internal protection when properly maintained.

  • Fitted to the frame, they restrict the fanlight window when it's opened.
  • The roller arm hangs vertically downwards against the frame when the window is closed.
  • Available in two different sizes.
  • Supplied with matching SS wood screws.
