Order Process
- We process orders throughout the week, whether online, by phone, or in person at our trade counter.
- Daily orders are placed with our trusted suppliers for items not in stock.
Dispatch Details
- In-stock items are dispatched on the same or next working day.
- Supplier-ordered items are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
- Multiple product orders are dispatched together, based on the item with the longest lead time.
Shipping Information
- Orders are dispatched on weekdays (excluding bank holidays).
- You will receive an email confirmation with your order details upon purchase.
- A dispatch email with tracking information will be sent when your order leaves us.
Delivery Service
- We use trusted couriers including DPD and Evri, both of which provide full tracking for your order.
- Standard UK Mainland Delivery: £6.95 (inc VAT).
- FREE UK Mainland Delivery: on orders over £75 (inc VAT).
- Please note: we currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, BFPO, or other offshore locations.
- If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will explore available options.
Order Issues

- Where an item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or arrange a quick refund.
Return Policy
14-Day Return Window
- You have 14 days to notify us of your intent to return an item.
- Returned goods must reach us within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Be unworn or unused.
- Include all original tags.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Faulty, and Missing Items
- Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- Notification must be made within 7 working days.
- Do not use or fit incorrect items.
Faulty Items:
- We may request photos or the item returned for examination.
- Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
- Items that have been installed or used cannot be replaced.
Missing Items:
- We will check our records to confirm shortages.
- If the error is ours, we will send the missing items promptly.
Responsibility:
- Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased items.
- We do not cover secondary damages, dissatisfaction, or loss of profit.
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

- Cancellation requests for special orders may be declined if production or manufacturing has started.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
Refunds
- We will notify you once your return has been inspected and whether the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
