We offer a 2–4 day turnaround on most products, as our range is so extensive it’s not possible to stock everything. Items are ordered in directly from our suppliers to ensure you receive the exact product and finish you need.

For specialist or made-to-order hardware (such as certain British brands), lead times may be longer, but we’ll always confirm expected delivery at checkout.
