The Aged Brass 3" Heavy Duty Latch has been thoughtfully engineered with both practicality and aesthetics in mind. A heavy duty tubular mortice latch with an extra strong spring for use with any of our knob sets or unsprung lever handles. We recommend using a 2.5" or 3" latch with our lever handles, and a 3", 4", or 5" latch with our knob sets. Performance tested against BS EN12209:2003. CERTIFIRE Approved (Certificate CF5531) and fire tested to FD-20/30/60. As with every product in the From The Anvil range, each detail has been carefully considered to ensure outstanding quality and longevity.

Regular oiling of all moving parts using our '3-in-1 Oil' (92337) is beneficial to the longevity of your products. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
