Welcome to Trade Door Handles! We appreciate your interest in our products and services. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders.

Stock Availability

At Trade Door Handles, we maintain a substantial inventory of our most popular products. However, with over 20,000 items listed on our website, it is not possible for us to stock everything. We are committed to providing you with the widest range of options, and for non-stocked products, we have efficient ordering processes in place with most manufacturers.

Dispatch Times

  • If all the items in your order are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order either on the same day or the following working day, depending on the time of your order.

  • In cases where we need to order items from our suppliers, the dispatch time typically ranges from 2–3 working days. The estimated lead time for these products can be found on the product page.

  • For orders containing multiple products, all items will be dispatched together. The dispatch date will be determined by the product with the longest delivery time.

  • Orders are dispatched on weekdays, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed at the beginning of the following week.

Order Updates

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a list of the items ordered, your delivery address, and any special delivery instructions.

  • Dispatch Notification: When your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with tracking information.

If any issues arise with your order, such as unavailability of items from the manufacturer, we will contact you promptly with alternative options. If you are not satisfied, we can cancel the item and issue a refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK Mainland Delivery: £6.95 (inc VAT)

  • FREE Delivery: on orders over £75 (inc VAT) – UK Mainland only

  • Please note: we currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, BFPO, or other offshore locations.

Tracking Your Order

We use trusted couriers such as DPD and Evri, both of which provide full tracking for your order. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Important Information

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will explore available options. We recommend waiting until your order has arrived before booking tradespeople, as we cannot be held responsible for third-party costs due to delivery delays.
