A horizontal lock is designed for products that require a deeper backset, which allows a larger distance from the door frame to the item of hardware. Usually the main item of ironmongery used with horizontal locks is mortice knobs. The Atlantic range includes horizontal 6" Bathroom locks and 3 Lever sashlocks. With a sleek, modern feel and a high-gloss, mirror-like surface, the bright, reflective quality of the Polished Chrome finish creates a contemporary look. For accompanying products, we recommend using either Polished Chrome, Polished Nickel or Polished Stainless Steel. Along with every lever, should be a complete suite of complementary ironmongery.
