Sizes and Hinge Formats

Standard interior doors (35mm) typically require 3" x 2" (75mm x 50mm) hinges, while exterior doors or thicker panels should use 4" x 3" (102mm x 75mm) hinges. Three hinges per door is always advised to ensure even hanging and reduce door sag over time.

Dark bronze washered hinges are available as standard butt hinges or in projection and parliament hinge designs for use with wide openings, deep skirting boards, or double door setups where more clearance is needed.
