What are retrofit door handles?

Replacement handles on a backplate sized to cover the fixing holes and wear left by a previous handle, so a door can be upgraded without filling and redecorating.

Will they cover my old holes?

The backplate is designed to hide common hole positions, but measure your existing holes against the plate size before ordering.

Replacement Backplate Handles to Cover Old Fixing Holes

Upgrading Without Redecorating

A retrofit backplate hides the screw holes and wear left by the old handle, so you can refresh a door without filling and repainting. They suit commercial refurbishments and busy doors. See the standard EuroSpec door handles on backplate range.

Finishes and Fit

Supplied in Satin Stainless Steel and Polished Stainless Steel, with selected ranges also offered in PVD and antique finishes to match other stainless steel door furniture. Check the backplate covers your old hole positions before ordering, and pair with EuroSpec escutcheons where a keyhole shows.
