From The Anvil Bronze Window Handles

Aged Bronze and Polished Bronze Window Furniture

From The Anvil bronze window furniture is made from solid bronze with a minimum of 85% copper. Aged Bronze is dark and matt with warm undertones, while Polished Bronze is aged and then repolished for bright surfaces with a darker patina in the detail. Both are lacquered.

The range covers casement stays, casement fasteners, espagnolette handles, sash window fasteners, sash lifts and locking sash stops, so you can finish every casement and sash window in one look.

Bronze Window Handles: Questions

What is the difference between aged bronze and polished bronze?

Aged Bronze is dark and matt with warm undertones. Polished Bronze is aged and then repolished, so it is bright with a darker patina in the details. Both are solid bronze.

Will the window furniture match my door handles?

Yes. Most From The Anvil window designs, such as Avon, Brompton, Newbury, Reeded, Hinton and Monkeytail, are made to match the door handles, knobs and cabinet hardware in the same range and finish.
