Can I use these dimmers with From The Anvil pendants?

From The Anvil says its pendants are dimmable when fitted with a compatible dimmable LED bulb, and its LED dimmer switches are made to go with its lighting range. Its 12V wall lights are not dimmable.

Who should fit these switches and sockets?
