From The Anvil Mushroom Door Knobs

Smooth and Hammered Mushroom Mortice/Rim Knobs

From The Anvil Mushroom knobs have a smooth, versatile shape that suits traditional and contemporary homes alike, and are designed to match the Mushroom cabinet knobs. The Mushroom knob is made in 49mm and 57mm sizes.

The Hammered Mushroom is hand hammered by From The Anvil's blacksmiths to create a unique, textured surface, and is designed to match its Hammered cabinet knobs. Finishes include Aged, Polished, Satin and Burnished Brass, Aged and Polished Bronze, Polished Nickel and Polished Chrome. The majority of From The Anvil mortice and rim knobs are unsprung, so they rely on the spring in the lock or latch to return the knob. Check each product page, and From The Anvil recommends a 3, 4 or 5 inch heavy duty latch or lock.

Mushroom Door Knobs: Questions

What is the difference between Mushroom and Hammered Mushroom?

The Mushroom knob has a smooth finish. The Hammered Mushroom is hand hammered by From The Anvil's blacksmiths, so each knob has a unique, textured surface.

Can Mushroom knobs be used on a rim lock?

Yes. They are mortice/rim knob sets, supplied as loose parts, so they can be built with one rose for a rim lock or both roses for a mortice latch.
