About the Brompton Design

The contemporary Brompton suite features a textured, knurled surface. The industrial styling of the diamond pattern creates a modern range of products that can be used consistently throughout a property. See the full From The Anvil Brompton range, or compare this rose with plain rose door handles.

Burnished Brass Finish

Burnished Brass is an excellent choice for those wanting to add subtle luxury to their home interiors. Offering warmth without over dominating, this timeless finish complements a range of colours, and looks especially stunning when paired with paler shades.

Hand forged from a base of solid brass, Burnished Brass is an excellent example of how our unique manufacturing techniques add further intrigue to the natural charm of the base material. Each product undergoes an accelerated ageing process, creating a dark patina before being placed into barrelling machines, giving them the beautiful burnished finish. During the final stages of manufacturing, a high quality, clear matt lacquer is applied for protection.

Other Finishes

This Brompton Lever on Rose Set (Plain) is also available in Aged Brass, Aged Bronze, Black, Matt Black, Polished Brass, Polished Bronze, Polished Chrome, Polished Marine SS (316), Polished Nickel, Satin Brass and Satin Marine SS (316). See every finish in From The Anvil door handles on rose.

Care & Maintenance

We advise against the use of chemicals, and other harsh cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the lacquer.

Products should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and wiped over with a wax-based furniture polish like our 'Maintenance Wax' (33002) to offer some protection.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using our '3-in-1 Oil' (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.

Matching Hardware

Complete the door with From The Anvil escutcheons, bathroom thumbturns and hinges, and match it on doors with locks using brass door handles on backplate. Prefer an unsprung version? See unsprung door handles on rose.
