Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel Planters

From The Anvil stainless steel plant pots are hand forged from marine grade 316 stainless steel, in a Satin finish with a lightly brushed surface or a bright Polished finish.

Choose from three designs: Flora, with five curved peaks inspired by flower petals; Hepworth, with gentle curves; and Newlyn, which tapers in at the base. Each comes with drainage holes for outdoor planting, or with a solid base for indoor use.

Can these plant pots be used outside?

Choose a pot with drainage holes for outdoor planting. From The Anvil makes its marine grade 316 stainless steel pots in versions with and without drainage holes; the versions without holes, and the brass, copper and nickel Flora pots, are best suited to indoor use.

Will stainless steel plant pots rust?

Marine grade 316 stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion; From The Anvil says the finish has passed over 1,000 hours of salt testing. Stainless steel can look tarnished over time because of surface deposits, which can be washed off with mild soapy water and a soft cloth.
