The From The Anvil Davenport Rim Lock in Iron is a rim lock, fitted to the surface of the door rather than morticed in, with a surface-mounted keep on the frame. It is reversible, so it can be used on a left or right hand door. It is sold individually.

• Contains a 3 lever rim lock which is not insurance rated.
• This reversible design is suitable for use on either the left or right hand side of a door.

About the Design

Instead of being morticed in, rim locks are fitted to the surface of a door, along with a surface mounted keep that should be fitted to the door frame.

Care & Maintenance

Our 'Maintenance Wax' (33002) should be wiped over the product from time to time to form a protective barrier, particularly when in damper internal environments, such as kitchens or bathrooms.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using our '3-in-1 Oil' (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
