Hinge Sizing and Door Types
For regular internal doors (typically 35mm), 3" x 2" (75mm x 50mm) hinges are standard. Larger or heavier external doors will benefit from 4" x 3" (102mm x 75mm) hinges. For best support and long-term stability, three hinges per door are recommended.
