A 12 inch From The Anvil casement stay is about 304mm to 360mm long overall, depending on the design. It holds a casement window open at the position you choose and stops it swinging.

Most From The Anvil stay designs come in 8, 10 and 12 inch sizes, so you can use the same design on small and large casements. Pair the stay with casement fasteners or locking window handles in the same design and finish, and add a locking stay pin from the stay pins for extra security.

Which size stay do I need?

Choose the longest stay that fits the bottom rail of the opening casement without hitting the frame or glazing bars. A longer stay holds a wider window further open.

Are stay pins included?
