About the Design

Our range of Peardrop stays are simple in design and offer a traditional looking product.

Satin Chrome Finish

Satin Chrome is a beautifully understated, more subtle alternative to some of our polished finishes; its cool, blue traces and less reflective appearance make it a favourable choice for modern homes and interiors, yet it also works well in period properties where a contemporary touch is desired.

Manufactured from a base of solid brass with a high quality chrome plating applied to its surface, our Satin Chrome products are brushed with a satin wheel during the final stages of manufacturing, giving them their distinctive, matt appearance, before a high quality matt lacquer is applied to the surface for protection.

Other Finishes

This 12" Peardrop Stay is also available in Antique Pewter, Beeswax, Pewter Patina, Polished Brass and Polished Chrome. See every finish in From The Anvil casement stays.

Care & Maintenance

We advise against the use of chemicals, and other harsh cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the plating.

An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using our '3-in-1 Oil' (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.

Matching Hardware

Pair this stay with matching casement fasteners or locking window handles in the same design and finish, and add a locking stay pin for extra security. Browse all chrome window handles.
