The From The Anvil External Beeswax Rim Cylinder Pull is part of the From The Anvil cylinder pulls range. From The Anvil's rim cylinder pulls are designed for use with a rim cylinder and night latch. This product is typically used on exterior doors to push/pull the door into the open/closed position. Choose a euro pull for a euro cylinder lock or a rim cylinder pull for a rim cylinder night latch.

Product Features

External Beeswax Finish

From The Anvil's External Beeswax finish aesthetically is the same as Beeswax; A traditional finish with a soft, natural look featuring subtle blue and deep red ochre tones which are preserved in the steel during the manufacturing process. This finish is ideally suited to older, traditional dwellings and cottage interiors.

From The Anvil's External Beeswax products are hand forged from mild steel. After forging, the subtle colours in the metal are preserved by dipping the products in hot, anti-corrosive beeswax unique to From The Anvil. This results in a soft, matte richness and offers excellent protection when the products are fitted both internally and externally.

The Rim Cylinder Pull is also made in Burnished Brass, Polished Marine SS (316), Satin Marine SS (316), Black, Satin Chrome, Polished Bronze, Pewter Patina, Polished Chrome, Polished Brass, Polished Nickel, Aged Bronze, Matt Black, Antique Pewter, Satin Brass and Aged Brass.

Care and Maintenance

Due to temperature changes or packaging, a Beeswax product may occasionally show signs of a white bloom upon opening. This can be buffed with a soft cloth to remove.

Although this finish already offers a very strong barrier against environmental conditions, From The Anvil recommends re-applying a small amount of the From The Anvil 'Maintenance Wax' (33002) periodically with a cloth or brush which provides additional protection to the surface of your product and further protects this from any harmful external elements.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, From The Anvil recommends regular oiling of all moving parts using the From The Anvil '3-in-1 Oil' (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.

*Please note that where possible From The Anvil recommends using the From The Anvil External Beeswax products (in place of standard Beeswax) in areas of your property where damp conditions are expected such as kitchens and bathrooms. Light surface rust may appear if using the From The Anvil standard Beeswax finish in damp conditions but can be removed with ease using 00 grade wire wool, followed by an application of 'Maintenance Wax' (33002).
