The From The Anvil Polished Brass Rim Cylinder Pull is part of the From The Anvil cylinder pulls range. From The Anvil's rim cylinder pulls are designed for use with a rim cylinder and night latch. This product is typically used on exterior doors to push/pull the door into the open/closed position. Choose a euro pull for a euro cylinder lock or a rim cylinder pull for a rim cylinder night latch.

• Held in place by the rim cylinder which compresses with the night latch to tighten and fix.

Polished Brass Finish

Polished Brass is a simplistic, classic finish most synonymous with use in traditional period properties and interiors, yet works well paired with light colours and subtle textural details to achieve a luxurious, more modern aesthetic.

From The Anvil's Polished Brass products are manufactured from solid, unlacquered brass. Bright and reflective when polished, although as an unlacquered, 'living' finish it will continue to oxidise, meaning it will darken over time. If the product becomes too dark or tarnished, it can be polished to restore the brighter finish.

The Rim Cylinder Pull is also made in Burnished Brass, Polished Marine SS (316), Satin Marine SS (316), Black, Satin Chrome, Polished Bronze, Pewter Patina, External Beeswax, Polished Chrome, Polished Nickel, Aged Bronze, Matt Black, Antique Pewter, Satin Brass and Aged Brass.

Care and Maintenance

This finish will continue to oxidise and age as it is an unlacquered finish, meaning it will darken over time. If the product becomes tarnished or too dark, it can be restored to brighten the finish. From The Anvil recommends polishing with a dry cloth or alternatively using the From The Anvil 'Brasso' (73102), which assists with the cleaning of solid brass products.

An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, From The Anvil recommends regular oiling of all moving parts using the From The Anvil '3-in-1 Oil' (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
