From The Anvil Pewter Letter Plates and Letterboxes

Pewter Patina Letter Boxes for Oak and Painted Doors

Pewter Patina is a soft grey finish that suits characterful homes, oak doors and painted doors. From The Anvil describes it as a low maintenance finish with a clear matt lacquer, suitable externally where damp conditions are expected.

From The Anvil letter plates are fitted to the outside face of a solid door with matching 70mm threaded bolts and dome headed caps. A matching letter plate cover goes on the inside to limit draughts. For composite and uPVC doors, From The Anvil recommends its Traditional sleeved letterbox, a full kit with a tunnel and brushes that reduce draughts, for doors 42mm to 72mm thick.
