Knurled Door Knobs on Concealed Fixing Roses

Knurling is a fine diamond or ribbed texture machined into metal to improve grip, and it has become one of the defining details of contemporary luxury hardware. Heritage Brass offers two knurled mortice knobs: the Knightsbridge, with a knurled knob and knurled rose, and the Owen, with a knurled knob edge on a smooth rose.

Knightsbridge or Owen?

Knightsbridge (HLS8805) is knurled on the knob and rose. Owen (OWN5490) keeps the rose smooth and knurls only the knob edge. Both have a 63mm rose and 65mm projection.

Fitting

Both are sprung on one side, use a lightly sprung or standard 76mm tubular latch, and have concealed fixings.
