The From The Anvil Satin Chrome Small Letter Plate is part of the From The Anvil letter plates and flaps range. From The Anvil's classic letterplates and covers are an attractive option for solid door types. From The Anvil's letterplates can be fitted to the external face of the door, and a letterplate cover is fitted to the internal side to limit drafts if the full letterbox is not needed. Check the size of your existing letter plate cut out, or the space on a new door, before you order.

Satin Chrome Finish

Satin Chrome is a beautifully understated, more subtle alternative to some of the From The Anvil polished finishes; its cool, blue traces and less reflective appearance make it a favourable choice for modern homes and interiors, yet it also works well in period properties where a contemporary touch is desired.

Manufactured from a base of solid brass with a high quality chrome plating applied to its surface, the From The Anvil Satin Chrome products are brushed with a satin wheel during the final stages of manufacturing, giving them their distinctive, matt appearance, before a high quality matt lacquer is applied to the surface for protection.

The Small Letter Plate is also made in Satin Brass, Burnished Brass, Polished Bronze, Aged Brass, External Beeswax, Polished Nickel, Aged Bronze, Polished Chrome, Polished Brass, Pewter Patina and Black.

Care and Maintenance

From The Anvil advises against the use of chemicals, and other harsh cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the plating.

An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, From The Anvil recommends regular oiling of all moving parts using the From The Anvil '3-in-1 Oil' (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
