Our AGB heavy-duty concealed hinge with steel levers, are designed for large or heavy sashes. They are suitable for use with overhead door closers and floor-mounted door stops. The Eclipse 3.2 HD is ideal for flush doors (rebated or non-rebated) and aluminium doors, thanks to its 4 mm fastening thickness. It comes with flush covers and is available in 6 finishes. - Two hinges capacity is 60 kg. If the door is higher than 1600mm we suggest you add a third hinge in the central position to reduce strain on each hinge. - Three hinges capacity is 80 kg. It is recommended that the third hinge is paired at the top when using an overhead door closer or if installed in high-traffic locations. - The fourth hinge is recommended when using an overhead door closer and door seals. The Polished Nickel finish offers a refined and contemporary look. With a sleek, high-shine surface, it offers a modern twist on traditional silver finishes, creating a timeless modern look. For accompanying products, we recommend using either Polished Nickel, Polished Chrome or Polished Stainless Steel.
