Frelan Hardware Single Pocket Door Kit

The Frelan Hardware Single Pocket Door Kit (JVPDK) is a complete concealed sliding door system that lets one internal door glide smoothly into a hollow pocket inside the stud wall. Where a traditional hinged door needs a clear arc of floor to swing into, a pocket door recovers that space entirely, making it an ideal space-saving solution for bathrooms, en-suites, utility rooms, home offices and tight hallways where every inch of usable floor area counts.

Supplied by Frelan Hardware, this single pocket door gear kit arrives with the soft close and soft open mechanism fitted as standard, so the door draws itself gently to a stop at each end of the run with no bangs or slams. It is adjustable on site, rated for doors up to 100kg and cycle tested to 100,000 openings for long-term reliability in both residential and light commercial settings.

This pocket door frame is designed for standard 4 x 2 (89mm) stud work with 12.5mm plasterboard, giving a finished wall thickness of 114mm and an internal cavity of 57mm to suit 30-45mm doors.
