The From The Anvil Large 16mm Peardrop Espag - LH in Black is a Peardrop espagnolette handle for casement windows fitted with an espagnolette gearbox. It is sold individually. It has a 7mm x 40mm spindle and locks by way of a grub screw. This is the left hand version: standing inside looking out, a window hinged on the left needs a left hand handle.

Product Features

• Due to their slim fixing plates, these espagnolettes can be fitted on any type of window including uPVC and timber. Designed to match the products in our Peardrop range.
• For ease of use, the handle is cranked forwards, ensuring it protrudes a moderate distance from the window.
• These espagnolettes are handed, so it's important to make sure you choose the correct hand. From the inside looking out, if your window is hinged on the right hand side then a right hand fastener is required and vice versa.
• These handles have a 7mm x 40mm spindle and can be locked by way of a grub screw.
• Suitable for use with an espagnolette gearbox and window lock.
• Supplied with matching SS M5 screws.

About the Design

Our range of Peardrop espagnolettes feature a simplistic design combined with the benefits of a modern and secure configuration.

Black Finish

Our classic Black finish is the perfect choice for those looking to make a bold statement. This finish is best suited to traditional properties and interiors, and looks fantastic when paired with neutral colourways and natural materials such as timber, stone and tile.

Our Black products have a distinctive, subtle sheen; hand forged from mild steel this finish are extremely low maintenance, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability as a result of being powder coated, then baked in a high temperature oven during the final stages of manufacturing. An extremely low maintenance finish, ideal for use in kitchens and bathrooms, or externally where damp conditions are expected.

Other Finishes

This Large 16mm Peardrop Espag - LH is also available in Pewter Patina. See every finish in From The Anvil espagnolette window handles.

Care & Maintenance

An extremely low maintenance finish, ideal for use in kitchens and bathrooms, or externally where damp conditions are expected.

An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using our '3-in-1 Oil' (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.

For any minor scratches that may occur with general wear and tear of your product, we offer a durable 'Black Touch Up Paint' (73101) if required.

Matching Hardware

Pair this handle with matching casement stays in the same design and finish, and add a locking stay pin for extra security. For windows without a gearbox, see casement fasteners. Browse all black window handles.
