The From The Anvil Hinton Espag - RH in Polished Brass is a Hinton espagnolette handle for casement windows fitted with an espagnolette gearbox. It is sold individually. It has a 7mm x 40mm spindle and locks by way of a grub screw. This is the right hand version: standing inside looking out, a window hinged on the right needs a right hand handle.

Product Features

• Our weighty Hinton window handle range is forged from solid brass. The decorative part of the handle accentuates the hand finishing carried out by our expert craftsmen. A perfect design choice for any home, with many matching products available.
• Due to their slim fixing plates, our espagnolettes can be fitted on any type of window including uPVC and timber. Designed to match the products in our Hinton range.
• The product is handed and therefore care needs to be taken when choosing the correct hand. From the inside view, if your window is hinged on the right then a right-hand fastener is required.
• They have a 7mm x 40mm spindle and can be locked by way of a grub screw.
• Suitable for use with an espagnolette gearbox and window lock.
• Supplied with matching SS M5 screws.

About the Hinton Design

Inspired by classic Georgian designs, the Hinton range is part of our Period collection and these lever handles will suit both traditional and contemporary settings. See the full From The Anvil Hinton range for matching door, window and cabinet hardware.

Polished Brass Finish

Polished Brass is a simplistic, classic finish most synonymous with use in traditional period properties and interiors, yet works well paired with light colours and subtle textural details to achieve a luxurious, more modern aesthetic.

Our Polished Brass products are manufactured from solid, unlacquered brass. Bright and reflective when polished, although as an unlacquered, 'living' finish it will continue to oxidise, meaning it will darken over time. If the product becomes too dark or tarnished, it can be polished to restore the brighter finish.

Other Finishes

This Hinton Espag - RH is also available in Aged Brass, Aged Bronze, Polished Bronze, Polished Chrome and Polished Nickel. See every finish in From The Anvil espagnolette window handles.

Care & Maintenance

This finish will continue to oxidise and age as it is an unlacquered finish, meaning it will darken over time. If the product becomes tarnished or too dark, it can be restored to brighten the finish. We recommend polishing with a dry cloth or alternatively using our 'Brasso' (73102), which assists with the cleaning of solid brass products.

An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using our '3-in-1 Oil' (92337). This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.

Matching Hardware

Pair this handle with matching casement stays in the same design and finish, and add a locking stay pin for extra security. For windows without a gearbox, see casement fasteners. Browse all brass window handles. The From The Anvil Hinton range has matching door handles and cabinet hardware.
