From The Anvil Fitch Fasteners

Fitch Sash Window Fasteners

The Fitch fastener is a classic sash window fastener with a rotating cam. The keep is fitted to the bottom rail of the top sash, and the fastener rotates into it when the window is closed, drawing the meeting rails together.

From The Anvil Fitch fasteners lock by way of a grub screw, are sold singly and come with matching wood screws. They are made in a range of finishes to match the rest of your From The Anvil hardware. A sash window is usually finished with a fastener on the meeting rails and a pair of sash lifts on the bottom rail, with locking sash stops if you need to restrict opening.
