Heritage Brass Slim and Modern Door Knockers

Modern Door Knockers and Slim Knockers for Narrow Doors

Not every front door suits a lion head or urn. These Heritage Brass knockers have clean, simple lines and narrow backplates, so they suit contemporary front doors, narrow door stiles and doors with glass panels, where a traditional knocker would be too large.

What is in this collection

• K1310 slim door knocker - 165 x 40mm backplate, made for narrow stiles
• K1320 modern door knocker - 159 x 68mm backplate, in polished nickel
• Solid brass with a bolt-through fixing

Finishes and materials

The K1310 is made in Antique Brass, Matt Black, Matt Bronze, Polished Brass, Polished Chrome, Polished Nickel, Satin Brass, Satin Chrome, Satin Nickel and Unlacquered Brass, and the K1320 in Polished Nickel. For a modern door, matt black, satin chrome and satin nickel give a clean, low-key look. Polished Nickel is an uncoated finish with a warm hue that will develop a gentle patina unless buffed regularly with a soft cloth. Always choose all your door furniture from the same brand and finish to guarantee an exact colour match.

Why buy from Trade Door Handles

Every product we sell comes from the genuine M.Marcus range, and our advice comes from nearly 50 years of trade ironmongery experience at T.H. Wiggans in Kendal and Carlisle. Call or email us with your door type and existing hardware and we will point you to the right item before you order.

See every design on our Heritage Brass door knockers page, or complete the door with a centre door knob, letter plate and house numbers. Everything here belongs to the wider Heritage Brass door furniture range, so finishes match across the whole house.
