This York Security Euro profile sash lock combines a handle operated latch with a deadbolt thrown by a Euro profile cylinder, for internal or external doors that need to be latched and locked. It is made for Euro profile door handles with 8mm spindles and 48mm centres, and it also suits lever on rose handles with bolt through fixing.

A Euro profile cylinder is needed to operate the bolt and is sold separately, so you can choose a key-and-key or key-and-turn cylinder to suit the door.

Finish

The polished brass faceplate is lacquered to hold its shine. Wipe it with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and avoid metal polish or aerosol cleaners, which break down the lacquer. The finish is applied to the visible faceplate and strike; the colour of the lock case itself may vary.
