Brass Bolts for French Doors and Double Doors

French doors and double doors need the fixed (passive) leaf bolted at the top and bottom so the other leaf has something to close against. This collection brings together the Heritage Brass bolts made for the job: flush bolts recessed into the door in 6, 8 and 10 inch lengths, and the espagnolette bolt that locks top and bottom from one knob.

Flush Bolt or Espagnolette Bolt?

Flush bolts sit flush with the door, so nothing gets in the way when the active leaf closes. The espagnolette bolt is surface fixed and works both ends from one knob.
