Every product here is a Heritage Brass centre door knob by M.Marcus in unlacquered brass, raw solid brass with no lacquer, which darkens and develops a natural patina outdoors, or can be polished back to bright gold. Each knob is cast in solid brass and fixed with a through bolt, for a front door pull that feels solid in the hand.

Unlacquered brass is made in three designs: the V900 round, V890 stepped octagonal and RR906 reeded beehive knobs.

Fitting a Centre Door Knob

A centre door knob is a fixed pull, so it does not turn or work a latch. It bolts through the middle rail of the door, usually at the centre of the door width and at about the same height as the lock, and is used alongside a nightlatch, sashlock or multipoint lock.
